Free Shipping Across Canada & the Lower 48 United States

We offer free standard shipping on all orders across Canada and the contiguous United States, also known as the lower 48 states.

Please note that free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or other U.S. territories.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and carrier.

• Canada: 2–7 business days
• Lower 48 United States: 3–8 business days

Delivery estimates may vary during holidays, peak seasons, weather events, or carrier delays.

Rural & Remote Locations

Deliveries to certain rural or remote locations may require additional transit time. In rare cases where additional shipping charges apply, we will contact you before processing your order.

Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or other U.S. territories may require a custom shipping quote. Please contact us before placing your order.

International Shipping

If you are located outside Canada or the lower 48 United States, please contact us for a shipping quote before placing your order.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Comfort Guarantee

We believe in our 3/4 length orthotic insoles and want you to feel confident trying them. That’s why we offer a 60-Day Comfort Guarantee.

Give Your Insoles Time to Adjust

BestFit Orthotics are designed to provide instant arch support upon first wear. However, like custom orthotics, some people may experience a brief break-in period as their feet and body adjust to the new level of support.

Before deciding to return your insoles, we recommend the following break-in period:

• Days 1–3: Wear your insoles for a few hours each day.
• Day 4 onward: Gradually increase your wear time each day until they can be worn comfortably for a full day.

This short adjustment period helps your feet adapt and allows you to experience the full benefit of your orthotic support.

60-Day Comfort Guarantee

If your BestFit Orthotics are not the right fit for you, you may return them within 60 days of receiving your order for a full refund.

We accept returns in any condition because we know the only way to truly know if an insole works for you is to wear it.

Starting a Return

To initiate a return, email us at support@bestfitorthotics.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions and any applicable shipping information.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Once your return has been received and processed, your refund will be issued in full to your original method of payment. Return shipping costs are not deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.

Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund after it has been issued.

If your original payment method is no longer active and the refund cannot be completed, our customer support team will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method.

If There’s an Issue

If your insoles arrive damaged or there is anything wrong at all, please contact us as soon as possible. We can arrange a replacement or refund based on the circumstances.
